Our History

Established in 1987, EPAC Environmental Services, Inc. began as a partnership between friends in the South Florida area. By 1989, the firm had branched out from providing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments to providing a full range of environmental services along the east coast of the United States.

EPAC’s continual growth led to a wide range of services still offered today. These include mold and asbestos inspections/surveys; remedial investigations and feasibility studies; remedial engineering and design; surface and groundwater monitoring, testing and modeling; operations and maintenance compliance; storage tank compliance and management; environmental drilling and testing; oil spill contingency planning and cleanup; underground spill response and cleanup; and hazardous waste transportation and disposal.

For over twenty years, our continued success can also be attributed to the large percentage of return clients.
